Strong!

Strong programming contains a little bit of the things you love: Barbell complexes, compound movements, functional components, and metabolic conditioning. But this class also contains a whole lot of the things you want: like safety and balance with strength training exercises and formats that are there to help you look and feel great.

 

Phase 1 is used when you need and want to kickstart a change in your life or are getting back after a break.

This 7-week cycle includes:

  • 2 coached functional strength training sessions per week
  • 1 Workout of the day for a little competitive fun and prizes – optional to do on your own time.
  • 1 additional strength workout- optional to do it on your own
  • Pre and post weigh in and measurements including an in body 360 body composition scan.

 

Phase 2– You’re on a roll! This phase you will start to notice the non scale related successes. You’ve built some great habits. Your consistency is starting to show in all areas of your life.

This 7-week cycle includes:

  • 2 coached functional strength training sessions per week
  • 1 Workout of the day for a little competitive fun and prizes – to be completed on your own time.
  • 1 additional strength workout- optional to do it on your own

YOUTH on weights!  

Functional Strength training is designed for youth ages 13-16yrs old. is an approach to training that can be used to compliment other activities, increase strength, improve movement quality, and help you gain comfort and confidence in the weight room!

 

Session:

Pump and Shred

This class will alternate between weight room workouts that focus on total body strength exercises complimented with accessory movements to maximize your workout. The alternate day will focus on a metabolic style of training with lighter weights and explosive cardio to help shred fat. This day will be in the fitness studio in a group format.

Registration will have a maximum of 6 people

Friday morning Sweatfest

Join us Friday morning for a full hour of programmed cardio sessions which include running, rowing, spinning and a variety of calisthenics mixed in to get your heart pounding, sweat dripping and calorie scorching workout. Start your weekend off with a bang. Bring your music!

Calisthenics is an art form of using your own bodyweight to maximize human power and athletic ability. The fundamental goal of calisthenics should be mastering control over lifting and moving your body in space. It’s designed to improve strength, flexibility, agility, balance, coordination, and aerobic conditioning-just about every skill you need to be a fit human being.
