BASE CAMP

Build a strong and resilient mind and body that can endure all 10 recognized general physical skills needed to be a well-rounded fitness enthusiast. This 8-week class is structured to focus on the monostructural metabolic conditioning or “cardio” with a variety of short, medium, and long sessions, gymnastics or “body weight” movements and weightlifting or “resistance” exercises.

Each session will include a 15 min technical portion for safety and learning purposes and a one-hour workout that will target a variety of the physical skills to help you become the best version of yourself. Are you ready to commit?

This class requires a 4 day per week commitment – 2 in class & 2 on your own. 

Registration will have a maximum of 4 people.

THE GLUTE LAB

Improve your physique, build lean muscle, and increase core and hip strength and stability. This class is an all-in-one stop for glute & abs training. Class will focus on strength and stability through movement as well as isolated glute and core building exercises in both the studio and weight room.

Maximum 6 people.

FUNCTIONAL AESTHETICS

Aesthetics meets function and performance!

Functional Body Building is an approach to training that can be used solely or to compliment your other training to increase strength, correct imbalances, improve movement quality, and help you gain comfort and confidence in a variety of positions, without sacrificing aesthetics. If you are looking to return to fitness after a hiatus, this class can accommodate all participants’ needs.

Registration will have a maximum of 6 people.

PUMP & SHRED

This class will alternate between weight room workouts that focus on total body strength exercises complimented with accessory movements to maximize your workout.

The alternate day will focus on a metabolic style of training with lighter weights and explosive cardio to help shred fat. This day will be in the fitness studio in a group format.

Maximum 6 people.

YOUTH FULL TILT TRAINING

Small group in the weight room

This 1-hour class is a small group session for youth ages 12-16yrs.

The program templates are designed teach participants about the weight room including safe lifting techniques, program design, and gym etiquette.

Registration will have a maximum of 6 people.

SPINAL DECOMPRESSION CLASS                      using ELDOA Methods

Great for enhancing stability and decompression of joints for athletic performance, pain relief and preventive care. Spinal Decompression is a series of postural exercises that can make you sweat and feel taller!

Each position is aimed at a specific joint and uses your body’s own connective tissue to create local strength and stability while creating space, hydration and decompression in the chosen articulation.

Spinal decompression relieves chronic issues from nerve compression in joint spacing. It is a home run for neck pain, back pain, general joint pain (hip, shoulder etc.), stenosis, degeneration, disc bulges and disc herniations.

ELDOA is taught by Noreen Grey.

STRONG & BALANCED for LIFE

This exercise program is designed as a less intense class that is great for the aging demographic or someone who is just starting out.

You will work through an effective and exciting workout to challenge strength, cardiovascular stamina, and balance.

Learn how to keep your fitness as functional as possible to keep up to the kids and grandkids.

Maximum 6 people.
