This high energy indoor cycling class will increase cardiovascular capacity by combining endurance and interval training, as well as build lean muscle and strength through the legs and core. For those looking for an upper body blast, this class includes optional dumbbell segments, where 2-5lb weights are used to improve muscular endurance. The ultimate calorie blasting class!

Spin & Yin

looking for the perfect combo class? Upbeat 45 minute multi-terrain spin class followed by 45 minutes of yoga type stretching. 90 min class to leave you sweaty and restored.

Yoga

A flow class based on the Ashtanga primary series. During the class the postures flow from one to the next linked by the breath and designed to promote flexibility and improve balance.

Core & Restore

Strengthen the core and lengthen the muscles in this powerful class for your mind and body.

Metcon Madness

Metabolic conditioning in an intense circuit style workout. We use a combination of strength training and anaerobic conditioning drills. Guaranteed to leave you dripping in sweat and energized for the day!

A challenging total body group fitness class that includes a creative mix of low and high impact, step, sculpting and boot camp style workouts. Participants will be led through a constantly changing variety of exercises on varying pieces of equipment.
