This 1 hour class that drives you to the max with short burst high intensity intervals to stimulate quick results, a big calorie expenditure and the after burn (EPOC).
Swing, lift, jump, push and pull – The exercises are simple in design, but the workout is never boring! Get in, get it done and get the results! Think of it as you Workout Of The Day!
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a quiet, meditative practice with long, deep holding of passive poses. Using mindful muscle relaxation, yin postures target the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments, and fascia promoting the healthy flow of chi (energy).
The Yin practice is a wonderful compliment to more vigorous yoga practices or activities such as running, cycling, and hiking.
The practice is suitable and encouraged for all levels of practitioners. (we ask people to bring their own mat and bolster for classes.)
Yin & Restore Yoga
This is a relaxing and meditative class that combines the deep stretching of yin yoga with the meditative and renewing aspects of restorative yoga.
Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds. Yogis are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release.
(Participants are encouraged to bring their own bolster to this yoga class)
Restorative yoga helps balance the mind and body, relieve tension and anxiety, improve the immune system, stretch deep fascia, increase flexibility and pave the way for meditation. (we ask people to bring their own mat and bolster for classes.)

This is a fast paced half spin, half high intensity interval class that aims to hit all the major muscle groups in one single session getting your heart rate up while burning more fat in less time.
Ride & Reps
This 1 Hour spin class improves your speed, endurance and arm strength as your alternate between cardio efforts and free weight segments while remaining on your bike.
