This 1 hour spin class improves your speed, endurance and arm strength as you alternate between cardiovascular efforts and free weight segments while remaining on bike.

Yin Yoga ( NEW )

Yin yoga is a quiet, meditative practice with long, deep holding of passive poses. Using mindful muscle relaxation, yin postures target the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments, and fascia promoting the healthy flow of chi (energy).

The Yin practice is a wonderful compliment to more vigorous yoga practices or activities such as running, cycling, and hiking. 

The practice is suitable and encouraged for all levels of practitioners. (we ask people to bring their own mat and bolster for classes.)

Yin & Restore Yoga

This is a relaxing and meditative class that combines the deep stretching of yin yoga with the meditative and renewing aspects of restorative yoga.

Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds. Yogis are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release.

(Participants are encouraged to bring their own bolster to this yoga class)

Restorative yoga helps balance the mind and body, relieve tension and anxiety, improve the immune system, stretch deep fascia, increase flexibility and pave the way for meditation. (we ask people to bring their own mat and bolster for classes.)

This Hatha style class is a multi-levelled class that provides the perfect balance between yoga poses designed to build strength and stability and long holds designed to lengthen, restore and strengthened musculature.
