This full body,1 hour class interval class varies the work to rest ratios each week to stimulate quick results, a big calorie expenditure and a variety of training stimuluses.

Swing, lift, jump, push and pull- The exercises are simple in design, but the workout is never boring! A great way to kickstart your weekend!    

Power Stretch

This 15min stretching finisher focuses on one or two tight areas with long passive holds to help class participants recover from their workout.       

Rock The Reps

Join Robyn in this 1-hour total body workout. Sculpt the body you want in the New Year!

Hone into your inner athlete with this low impact, strength training workout using a variety of equipment: DB’s, Body bars and Resistance Bands.

Let the music fuel your fire while Robyn encourages you to continually press on and finish 1 MORE REP! Walk out of class feeling more powerful and energized!

Power Sets

Get ready to strengthen every major muscle group in your body!  Power Sets is an innovative form of resistance training designed to build, tone, and define those muscles.  Using light weights and high reps, you will increase your muscular endurance, your metabolism and total body strength.  Get ripped one rep at a time.     

Strong to the core

A Yoga/Pilates combination that will lead you through a gentle yoga sequence focused on the opening the hips, quads and hamstrings, while also providing poses to strengthen your core and improve your balance.

This class is a great compliment to any endurance program or sport specific training and is also perfect for the city dweller looking to gain more flexibility and mobility in their body.

Connect your mind and body through core work, arms, and legs to build endurance mindfully. You’ll leave feeling that yoga glow of hard work and relaxation!


Yin & Restore Yoga

:This is a relaxing and meditative class that combines the deep stretching of yin yoga with the meditative and renewing aspects of restorative yoga. Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds.

Yogis are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release.

(Participants are encouraged to bring their own bolster to this yoga class)

Restorative yoga helps balance the mind and body, relieve tension and anxiety, improve the immune system, stretch deep fascia, increase flexibility and pave the way for meditation.

(We ask people to bring their own mat and bolster for class.)


Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a quiet, meditative practice with long, deep holding of passive poses.

Using mindful muscle relaxation, yin postures target the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments, and fascia promoting the healthy flow of chi (energy).

The Yin practice is a wonderful compliment to more vigorous yoga practices or activities such as running, cycling, and hiking. The practice is suitable and encouraged for all levels of practitioners.

(We ask people to bring their own mat and bolster for classes.)

Just Ride

Get ready to get your sweat on with this fun, 1 hour spin class! Focus on drills that build power and endurance on the bike with brief, high intensity bursts that push past your anaerobic threshold to increase your cycling power.


Spin & HIit

This is a fast paced half spin, half high intensity interval class that aims to hit all the major muscle groups in one single session getting your heart rate up while burning more fat in less time.

Ride & Reps

In this 1-hour spin class you will be led through a mix of high intensity drills, endurance-based drills with high-rep, low-weight upper body segments targeting the biceps, triceps, and shoulders all while remaining on the bike for an added core challenge.

Spin & Yin

Looking for the perfect combo class to start your week off right? This is an upbeat 40-minute multi-terrain spin class followed by 20 minutes of yoga type stretching. This class will leave you sweaty and restored.   


It’s baaack! Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout that will increase your cardiovascular endurance and strengthen your muscles.

Get your heart rate pumping as we move through choreographed patterns on the Step.


Hips & Shoulders

In this low-impact noon hour class, we’ll give some love and attention to two common areas of tension in the body: hips and shoulders.

Come open, relax, and nourish these important joints during your midday break and leave feeling mobilized and reset for the afternoon. All levels of experience warmly welcomed.


Clear your head and get in the zone!

This 45min Spin class has something for everyone! A great mix of power and endurance drills from heart pounding sprints to hill climbs, you’ll get everything you need in this high energy, music focused cycle class.

Fit & Flow Yoga

Flow with your breath through a series of poses that will build heat from head to toe. This class will build stamina, strength, and flexibility within your mind and body.

Appropriate to those new to yoga or experienced.
