CrossFit delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. CrossFit’s specialty is not specializing, but rather supporting movement skills and fitness that are rewarded by the demands of everyday life.

Crossfit endurance (included)

Power and speed are critical components to success in the endurance world. With careful planning, our strength and conditioning plan increases these two mainstays of performance while decreasing recovery time, reducing injury, promoting preservation of lean tissue and creating a more sustainable performance curve.

Olympic lifting (included)

One of the developed expressions of fitness is showcased in pure power and power is best developed thru the use of Olympic lifts.  Our coaches can guide you thru the correct mobilizations and technical elements so you can become more proficient in the Clean and Jerk and Snatch movements.

Crossfit Kids (paid program)

CrossFit Kids is focused on building a love for exercise, movement, and healthy living. Children learn body awareness and coordination through squats, opposite arm and leg coordination, skipping, jumping and grip strength development in the first part of the program.

It progresses on to include rolling, spinning (vestibular focus) balance and planking (mid-line stability) and is followed by incorporating fundamental and foundational movements that will be built upon later in life.

Balance is developed throughout the program.  Our workouts are safe, fun and age appropriate.

Kids CrossFit – 2017 / 2018 Sessions

1x per week – $73.50 plus tax
2x per week – $110.25 plus tax

7 – 10 yr old Tues / Thurs 4:15-4:45pm
11+  Tues / Thurs 4:55-5:45pm
Sept 12 – Oct 19
