Core & HITT:

This is a fast paced half high intensity, half core interval class that aims to hit all the major muscle groups in one single session getting your heart rate up while burning more fat in less time.

Power Sets:

Get ready to strengthen every major muscle group in your body!

Power Sets is an innovative form of resistance training designed to build, tone, and define those muscles.

Using light weights and high reps, you will increase your muscular endurance, metabolism, and total body strength.

Get ripped one rep at a time.

Ride & Reps:

In this 1-hour spin class, you will be led through a mix of high-intensity drills and endurance-based drills with high-rep, low-weight upper body segments targeting the biceps, triceps, and shoulders, all while remaining on the bike for an added core challenge.

Strengthen, sculpt & tone on this full-body ride!

Rock The Reps:

Join Robyn in this 1-hour total body workout. Sculpt the body you want in the New Year! Hone into your inner athlete with this low impact, strength training workout using a variety of equipment: DB’s, Body bars and Resistance Bands. Let the music fuel your fire while Robyn encourages you to continually press on and finish 1 MORE REP! Walk out of class feeling more powerful and energized!

HITT:

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a fast-paced workout that alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and brief recovery periods. HIIT is known for its effectiveness in burning calories, boosting metabolism, and improving cardiovascular fitness.

It’s a time-efficient workout that continues to burn calories even after the session ends, making it ideal for those aiming to maximize their fitness in a short time

 

Curls and Crunches:

Get ready for a 45-minute full-body strength training session, paired with targeted ab exercises to sculpt and tone.

We’ll finish with a 15-minute stretch, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Come for the burn, stay for the stretch!

 

Step:

It’s baaack!

Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout that will increase your cardiovascular endurance and strengthen your muscles.

Get your heart rate pumping as we move through choreographed patterns on the Step.

Sweet Slow Flow:

Join Brooke in the 1-hour yoga class, where we take things down a notch and focus on unwinding with grace and ease. This gentle yet invigorating practice allows you to flow mindfully from pose to pose, fostering a deep connection between breath and movement. Perfect for all levels, our class offers a serene space to relax, rejuvenate, and find balance in both body and mind. Come experience the tranquility of slowing down and the sweetness of moving with intention.

 

SweatFest:

This full body, 45min interval class varies the work to rest ratios each week to stimulate quick results, a big calorie expenditure and a variety of training stimuluses.

Swing, lift, jump, push and pull – The exercises are simple in design, but the workout is never boring! A great way to kickstart your day!

T.B.C:

(Total Body Conditioning)

 This drop-in class offers a fun, full-body workout that incorporates a variety of equipment, so both you and your muscles are challenged weekly!

Suitable for all fitness levels.

Yin & Restore Yoga

This is a relaxing and meditative class that combines the deep stretching of yin yoga with the meditative and renewing aspects of restorative yoga.

Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds. Yogis are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release.

Restorative yoga helps balance the mind and body, relieve tension and anxiety, improve the immune system, stretch deep fascia, increase flexibility, and pave the way for meditation. (We ask people to bring their own mat and bolster for class.)

Yin Yoga:

Yin yoga is a quiet, meditative practice with long, deep holding of passive poses. Using mindful muscle relaxation, yin postures target the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments, and fascia promoting the healthy flow of chi (energy).

The Yin practice is a wonderful compliment to more vigorous yoga practices or activities such as running, cycling, and hiking. The practice is suitable and encouraged for all levels of practitioners.

Just Ride:

A one-hour class that is a high-energy indoor cycling workout led by an instructor. Participants ride stationary bikes, following cues for varying speeds, resistance levels, and intensity to simulate outdoor cycling.

Set to upbeat music, spin classes often include intervals of sprints, climbs, and endurance rides, providing a full-body workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, builds strength, and burns calories. The group setting and motivating environment make it an engaging and effective way to stay fit.

Golden Gains:

Strength Training Circuit in the weight room

Empower your golden years with our specialized “Golden Gains” class, designed to help you maintain and enhance your physical strength, balance, and overall vitality. This circuit style class focuses on exercises that promote muscle health, bone density, and joint flexibility in a safe and supportive environment. Join us to rediscover your strength and embrace an active, fulfilling lifestyle.

Included with your drop-in pass, all fitness levels are welcome, and modifications are provided to ensure everyone can participate comfortably and safely.

Cardio Kickboxing:

Don’t let the name scare you away! Cardio Kickboxing is an exciting new fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with cardio and bodyweight exercises.

This no contact class offers variations of moves and exercises throughout the class which makes it ideal for any fitness level. A small portion of the class will include mat work where abs, arms and glutes will be targeted to strengthen your cardio kickboxing skills, making you even stronger!

Spin & Sculpt:

A one-hour fusion fitness class that combines both cardio and strength exercises while being low-impact and adaptable for all fitness levels.  Designed to challenge participants to sweat and tone,

“Spin and Sculpt” provides modifications to ensure accessibility for beginners, with advanced options available for those seeking a more intense workout.
