Natural High CrossFit 3rd Annual Big Rock Rumble!

The Big Rock Rumble is on hold until COVID regulations allow for events to take place. Please stay tuned to our social channels for more updates.
Divisions for the event when we can host it will be:
Rx and Scaled Divisions will be partners – M/M or F/F
Individual TEEN division, 14-17 years old, scaled only, open standards.
This will be an excellent first time comp for teenagers.
*Registration Standards
RX athletes should have full command of all fundamental skills of CrossFit (these are only guidelines and not the guaranteed weights and movements in the completion)
