CrossFit is for everyone, it does however require some basic understanding of our movements so that it can be performed safely and effectively.

5 Introductory sessions:   $300.00

Over 5 personal intro sessions you will learn the fundamental movements and build fitness that will allow you to enter into our regular classes.

These intro sessions are mandatory for new members to ensure safety and effectiveness.

If you have previous CrossFit experience it may be possible to go through an abbreviated 3 session Intro or jump right into classes.

Commit to a minimum of 3 months unlimited month to month membership and your intro sessions are free!!
We’ll simply bill your first month of membership on the day of your first intro session and you can start classes as soon as those sessions are completed.


Going through the Intro sessions is always more fun with a buddy. When signing up as a group every additional person is only $100 per person up to a maximum group size of 6.

Our program delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. CrossFit is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

Universal Scalability
Every CrossFit workout can be scaled to meet the needs of ANY experience level or limitation. We believe that the needs of every individual differ not in type but in degree.  Our qualified coaches can scale back the weights, intensity and movements to accommodate the needs of absolutely anybody.  The Workout of the Day (W.O.D) that is posted on our blog is scaled back by most members to accommodate skill or strength and ensure they gain the most from their time with us.

Community based
The environment at Natural High CrossFit is a positive one with our members and coaching staff always ready with encouragement and support. CrossFit is based on strong development, working alongside one-another to accomplish our goals in a fun and engaging atmosphere. You don’t need to be overly competitive or come from an athletic background to gain from group intensity and motivation. We are an open and accepting environment in which everyone is welcome.
