When one family member holds a valid full-price membership, a second person in the same immediate family and dwelling is $120 per month.  A third and each successive member of that family and dwelling is $80 per month)

Provides access to all classes up to a maximum of 2 classes per week, including Open Gym times.

– Seniors ( age 60+)
– Students (must show proof of full-time student status)

CrossFit Bootcamps


In partnership with F.I.T Bootcamp Okotoks, join us for these 6 week sessions of CrossFit Bootcamps and CrossFit for 50+.  Following the same principles as CrossFit; Constantly Varied Functional Exercise performed at a High Intensity, the Bootcamp class will provide an increased focus on metabolic conditioning and body toning, while the 50+ class will provide the necessary focus on balance, agility and proper age specific modifications.

We open up the box to our members so they can come in and workout or focus on movements they want to improve at their own pace.

Olympic Lifting (included)

One of the developed expressions of fitness is showcased in pure power and power is best developed thru the use of Olympic lifts.  Our coaches can guide you thru the correct mobilizations and technical elements so you can become more proficient in the Clean and Jerk and Snatch movements.

CrossFit Endurance (included)

This class combines the movements of CrossFit with cardio focus to build your engine.
