   The teams workouts were as follows

CATEGORIES – RX’d OR SCALED

RX’d Division:

All RX participants will require one team member to be able to complete the RX gymnastic skill.
Movements / weights you should be comfortable with are:

Front Squats (175/125#)
Deadlifts (315/225#)
Shoulders to Overhead (175/125#)
Cleans (205/135#)
Snatches (135/95#)
Thrusters (135/95#)
Double Unders
Chest to Bar Pull Ups
Pistols
Handstand Push Ups
Muscle Ups

SCALED Division:

Scaled athletes should have a good command of the basic fundamental skills of CrossFit and be comfortable with CrossFit Games Open weights and movements.

WOD’s will be designed so that everyone will be able to complete a portion of the work, while still allowing the fittest to distinguish themselves (just like in The Open).

Movements / weights you should be comfortable with are:
Clean and jerks (135/95#)
Snatches (95/65#)
Thrusters (95/65#)
Pull Ups (chin over vertical plane)
Toes to Bar
Wall Balls (20/14# to 10′)
Box Jumps (24″)
