NATURAL HIGH CROSSFIT BIG ROCK RUMBLE
Natural High CrossFit is very excited to announce our very 1st Big Rock Rumble
Rx athletes should have full command of all fundamental skills of CrossFit.
*Please note these are only guidelines, and are not guaranteed weights & movements to be included in the competition. If you are within this range or close to, you should consider yourself an RX’d athlete.
All RX participants will require one team member to be able to complete the RX gymnastic skill.
Movements / weights you should be comfortable with are:
-Front Squats (175/125#)
-Shoulders to Overhead (175/125#)
-Chest to Bar Pull Ups
-Handstand Push Ups
Scaled athletes should have a good command of the basic fundamental skills of CrossFit and be comfortable with CrossFit Games Open weights and movements.
WOD’s will be designed so that everyone will be able to complete a portion of the work, while still allowing the fittest to distinguish themselves (just like in The Open).
-Movements / weights you should be comfortable with are:
-Clean and jerks (135/95#)
-Pull Ups (chin over vertical plane)
-Toes to Bar
-Wall Balls (20/14# to 10′)
-Box Jumps (24″)
